Service was excellent! All staff helped any way the could. The room was old, dirty, and smell was uncomfortable. I think someone was burning wood and trash near the windows of the hotel. Probably very common for the area…just irritated my sinus. The food was ok.

The room was spacious and the staff very helpful. It is a very reliable hotel if you’re traveling as a group of friends. They let us check in the same room without any questions or asking for any extra papers other than passports.

Amazing Hotel!

Perfect clean room, great respectful staff, and the location is incredible and near everything! Breakfast food was amazing and the view of the restaurant is also amazing! My wife is American, and this was her first time in Jordan. She told me everyday how much she loved this hotel. Very comfortable. Recommend this hotel for any one who plan to visit Amman.

Friendly staff

The staff were so amazinly attentive that it made our stay worth while. You can't walk anywhere from the hotel but the Ubers and taxis were so reasonable that the lication was not a problem.

Good location next to main bridge and good area, good service, i requested a service and was given it immediately, however i did not like the bathrooms because its old, they just need renovation, but although they were very clean.

Location is near to the centre. However, needs transportation to go down town. Hotel is very good, clearness and staffs are very helpful as well as The only down side is you have to ask for drinking water. Abu Noor took us for sightseeing in Amman and other historical places. Really enjoyed it and happy with the services provided. We would go again next time .
