"First off when we arrived around 11:20 am The place wasn’t ready for checking in , we had to wait about 20 to 30 minutes… After we checked in come to find out that the pool was not clean , hadn’t been used or cleaned in a while , green mold that clearly and visibly on the pool floor , kitchen had no coffee and tea pot to use , very basic kitchen supplies provided, in the bathrooms there was only 3 towels , no cleaning supplies to clean with , bed sheets and blankets were all dust and sand ,...

"Very helpful staff (especially Manuel) but a few issues. They didn't seem to know I was coming so had to work quickly to fully prepare the room. But they did well and it was very comfortable - good airconditioning, lovely sunset view over the Dead Sea, comfy bed. Breakfast didn't happen at 8am as planned and there was still nobody to be seen when we had to leave at 8.30, so we put the key on the front desk and let ourselves out."

"I had another wonderful stay at the Hyatt Amman.I arrived earlier than the official check‑in time, and as a regular guest, the manager kindly upgraded my room since the one I booked wasn’t ready yet. This thoughtful gesture truly reflects the hotel’s commitment to its loyal guests. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, exactly what you would expect from a five‑star property. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing, and every detail is well taken care of. The service throughout my stay was excellent. The staff were professional, attentive, and consistently ensured that everything I needed was taken care of promptly and with a smile.
