Room was clean, staff helpful, hotel is located inside the mall which is great if you want to do some shopping and/or get some food. Check in took a while as it was super busy when we arrived. Breakfast was also ok, nothing flash! Otherwise a good stay.

This is our go to hotel in Jordan. Fantastic location conveniently located as part of a mall which has everything you need. Opposite to the hotel are many affordable breakfast, and dinner options, as well as the best bakery in Jordan (Al Sufara) and two of the best dessert shops (Habiba and Nafeesa). Rooms/bathrooms are spacious and clean and availability of connected rooms.
