Family atmospheres

I had a wonderful experience at the Amman International Hotel . Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my friends! The only thing is the hotel room furniture is outdated and needs to be replaced.

Very nice place, great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are specious and clean. All amendments are available in the room. The only thing is the AC it is winter time and rooms were worm and we couldn’t use the ac for cooling down as the heater is central and could make rooms cold, but we opened the window which solved the issue.

I was treated extremely poorly by this hotel.Even though I made a booking six months ago ,through Expedia ,when I arrived after a long overnight trip I was told that the hotel was overbooked. No attempt had been made to contact me beforehand and, in any event, this is completely unacceptable as I had a confirmed booking.. They said they had organised other accommodation for me at another hotel, but that is not the point. If I cancelled my booking without notice I would have to pay a cancellation fee. My booking should have been honoured. What is the point of booking a hotel if they can cancel without notice.

Hospitality is 5 star!

This hotel is classic Jordanian hospitality. The library bar is open in the afternoon overlooking the gorgeous swimming pool. It is a classic hotel. Great bellmen, great checkin staff, great elevators. Enough plug ins in the room for cameras, phones, and iPads. The deep bathtub is made for soaking for one. There are no buildings nearby, and so no traffic noises, so it is quiet at night with amazing room darkening electric shades. The restaurants and shops are about 3 blocks away by foot, but uber is easily available. The restaurant food is delicious and the staff attentive. The breakfast buffet is excellent and plentiful. The staff is helpful with English speaking personnel, What made this over the top is that we asked if we could get a late checkout as we were flying on an evening flight and we wanted to clean up after a days touring. They graciously gave us a late check out. We would stay again.

Lovely hotel in Amman

We went as a couple for one night. We arrived late so could not use the swimming or sauna facilities. But the room was fantastic; extremely well presented and modern. Lovely bathroom too. All the staff were very nice and helpful. The only down side was breakfast could have been improved. The bread was pre-sliced and I would have expected fresh loaves that could have been cut. Some pastries would have been nice.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. And it was on the courtesy bus route for the exhibition I was attending which was very helpful. Didnt get to use the outdoor pool as the weather was not so good!

Amman International

A very good hotel, nice & clean, friendly & helpful staff. It is close to (about 10 minutes walk) takeaways & restaurants. It is also quiet and peacful. I would certainly stay here again if I came to Amman. The room reasonable size and clean. We got picked up from the airport by the hotel transport, the driver was there as we came out, the car was nice & clean. There are a couple of negative points but these are very minor, The first is that in our room, we could hear this noise like a lift motor or lift going up and down, it persisted during the night as well. However, as soon as we mentioned it to reception, they immediately offered to change the room, which we declined, as we didn't see it as a major issue. The second is that, the spread at breakfast was a little limited, both in quantity and variety but the quality was good.

I had a nice time in Jordan.

I had a great time in Jordan. I stayed in Amman International Hotel for 7 nights. Jordanians were very kind and welcoming and helpful. I will definitely go back to visit all the places that I did not have time to visit. The hotel was really cosy. They were very kind. The manager Miss Yara was very generous and customer service oriented.After checking out the last day, she let me stay in a room in the evening for few hours because I had an early morning flight without charging me. The staff was really friendly. Mila in the restaurant was lovely and kind. Mr Ahmad restaurant, Mr Khalduou the doorman also very kind. Also others that I don't know the names. Always smiling and kind.

The room and service was great. Staff were always trying to get me to take a tour with "their drivers" so be firm and tell them what you want! Was a bit out of the way but next to the university.
