「New hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff. Best hotel in the area. 」

「The WiFi is really bad. I can’t access to the internet while staying in the room. The hotel deliberately tries to drag you out of the room to the casino and the racetrack. When I called the front desk and complained about wifi service, all they told me is “well sir, it turns out you are in a dead spot. Sorry” This is absurd, not everyone comes here is for the casino and racetrack. I’m on a business trip, and it’s a just a stopping by.」

「We were disappointed that the property does not set aside specific pet friendly rooms. We do not have pets and prefer to know we are staying in a room that has not previously had pets. Everything else was fine.」

「It was nice having an actual key for the door not a key card I like the mechanical locks better, the room was spacious the shower was decently roomy and the bed was comfortable the only downside of the bed was the frame was kinda noisy when one person would get off but other than that it was very nice and put together」
