This is a different sort of review. My wife and I were in a high-speed car accident on the way to the hotel. The hotel staff was super understanding and supportive as they took steps to cancel my reservation and negate any penalty for late cancelation. They even followed up to express concern over our injuries!

A hidden gem!

The entire property is spotless! We had never been in the Niles/Warren area and didn’t know what to expect but were pleasantly surprised!!!! The hotel is truly amazing….the pool, courtyard, beds/pillows, breakfast, lobby, staff, etc. etc…..highly recommend!!

Very friendly staff. They did a great job keeping the breakfast area well stocked and clean. The pool area was often being cleaned and maintained. Rooms were clean. Front desk staff was helpful and cheery.

I am becoming a fan of Holiday Inn Express. The value is very good. The price is just slightly above that of lesser hotels where I have experienced astoundingly bad stays. But the staff and facilities of Holiday Inn Express is superb. Furthermore, Holiday Inn express seems to be everywhere I want to go whereas other chains are hit and miss. It is good to have a chain at which I have experienced uniformly good experiences readily available.
