"I was NOT allowed to check in. The management accused me of having a dog during my last stay there. I did not, nor have I ever, had a dog with me there. I asked for a refund and haven't heard anything further, except for my initial complaint. The Expedia representative was great to deal with."

"Check in and Staff were great. Room was less so. In disrepair, damaged and the heat was not able to keep up with the cold drafty door and window. no extra blankets in the room, bed spread had burns on it likely from cigarettes. Just run down and in a poor location. "
