「Great resort but needs better entertainment 」

「Room not ready, was brushed aside and waited two hours for room and I checked in at 5pm already enough time to have it cleaned. Finally got into room was 7pm! Garbage receptionist and old outdated hotel」

「Wait times for the food was very long. We did all inclusive and sometimes had to wait more than 90 minutes for our food. 」

「This was our first time staying on the French side, at Esmeralda. Overall, it is a decent resort; it consists of small villages, each containing four guest rooms. The rooms themselves are spacious and clean, and every village shares a swimming pool among its four units. The resort grounds feature a French restaurant serving very delicious food.
