「Booked for my parents who were in town. After we had finished for the day I checked them around 9PM, we were told that a parking pass would left on the table, none was found. Reached out to the host but took too long to respond so I had to pay to park the car in an alternate garage several blocks away., even though parking was supposed to be included. Communicated with the host for reimbursement and never received an answer. If I need to book another room in the area, I will choose somewhere...

「到了下午4:00都還沒收到入住的訊息，打電話也一直聯絡不上，到了4:30才有人接電話，真的很糟糕，到了房間後發現浴室很多設備都是壞的，晚上還有樓下的房客來敲門說他們的房間在漏水，問我們浴室是否有積水，但是我們的浴室是乾的啊，真的太爛了」

「Very convenient location near Central Station. apartment is spacious. Unfortunately no air conditioner in the two bedrooms, only a small unit in the living room. A lot of pests, flies and bugs in the room and toilet everyday, cooking hood not working, cooking stove working intermittently and not fixed for the entire stay of 5 days. Front desk very difficult to reach, has to physically go down every time and response is kind of slow. Ample opportunity for improvements. Overall, an OK...
