"Good Breakfast and location."

"This property does not offer any parking at all. There are available parking spots all the way around this hotel. But you cannot park in them between midnight and 6:00 a.m. or you will be towed forcing you to use their valet service which is an unexpected cost daily. You are unable to access your vehicle when it is parked in their valet garage which became a huge issue when I could not get to my asthma inhaler that I had left in my car. This medical emergency landed me on the floor of the lobby to which staffs response was the issue was me being on the floor not that I couldn't breathe. They also put a hold on your funds for a hotel fee which you expected most places. But it has been over a week since my check out and I am still awaiting those funds to be returned after speaking to a manager the day after my check out."

"My family stayed here as a stop on their way to Georgia, and they had a great experience. Since they’re older, Spanish-speaking, and not very tech-savvy, I made the reservation for them and called ahead to ensure their late arrival would be okay. The gentleman who helped me over the phone around 9 PM on March 8 was incredibly kind and helpful, I really wish I had gotten his name. He made the whole process so much easier and gave me peace of mind. My family said check-in was smooth and the hotel was great overall. I really appreciate the excellent customer service!"

"Nice breakfast, beautiful lobby and nice clean rooms. We had trouble with the tv remote and the desk clerk came to the room and showed us how to use it. It was operator error but she was prepared to change it out for us "

They should state the cost up front instead of hiding extra charges. The food was fine but served the same exact thing every day. We stayed a week and there was no verity "
