「This property does not offer any parking at all. There are available parking spots all the way around this hotel. But you cannot park in them between midnight and 6:00 a.m. or you will be towed forcing you to use their valet service which is an unexpected cost daily. You are unable to access your vehicle when it is parked in their valet garage which became a huge issue when I could not get to my asthma inhaler that I had left in my car. This medical emergency landed me on the floor of the lobby...

「Convenient 8 min walk over bridge to old town district. Breakfast and social hour were great. The outside looks a little dumpy but the rooms were renovated, spacious and clean. Wish we had a room on water side. 」

「Nice breakfast on the porch was great way to start the day. Steep stairs to second floor but you could request a first floor room. Parking is a 5 block walk away but free and you can drop your luggage at the B&B to not have to schlep it. Staff is very friendly.」

「Room was fair. Very small. Shower in bedroom and bathroom has no door only shower curtains. Extremely noisy as it us connected to a bar and the band was right outside the window very very loud. They leave earplugs in room no wonder. Band played till 10pm then music from spealers played till 10:30. Some places mention they have breakfast even on thier site someone mentioned great breakfast and they kept this visible instead of correcting. There is no breakfast. Parking is not on the site. 「Pros: Good breakfast; clean rooms with what you'd expect in room: fridge, microwave, hairdryer. Pool was clean. Staff were friendly. Shuttle to St. Augustine for $5 per room! Cons: The bed and pillows weren't comfortable. The bed was hard and the pillows were flat. It was hard to get a comfortable temperature in the room. We were also on the second floor and had to walk up two flights of stairs to get to our room.」

「Parking was off site but a short walk which provided a chance to see some other St Augustine streets. Breakfast was wonderful and filling. Best prep for a full day of walking the streets and seeing the sites. 」
