It’s a great place to stay, the staff is amazing and the room cleans and very comfortable, also it is in a very convenient location, is close to literally everything, you can leave the car at the hotel parking and walk to anywhere you want

The staff goes out if their way to make sure you have everything you need for an exceptional stay. Rooms are extremely well maintained and breakfast is excellent. The location is in an ideal location close enough to walk to to all the shops and restaurants.We will be booking our winter stay there soon.

This B & B was truly awesome! I traveled alone and it made me feel safe, comfortable, and was within walking distance to Downtown St. Augustine making it even better! I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

location was great, not any choices at breakfast, but had coffee and one juice, needed more towels but hard to find someone to ask. check in a little questionable looking where to go with door locked.

The staff at this bed and breakfast are super helpful and nice. The house is in excellent condition and clean but it is the staff that make it. They have parking which is a big deal in St. Augustine.

I absolutely loved our stay. The breakfast was amazing. It’s different every day, we had a quiche on Friday morning with a homemade apple cinnamon scone 10/10. The room was amazing and neat and had cute little amenities. They had an iron and an ironing board which I used and also provided a fan if needed but the room was amazing, the bed was comfortable, the shower was great also. My only note would be the carpet, it seems as if it was never really cleaned. Other than that they had tea, coffee, sodas, water available to us at all times. I felt great and I am definitely coming back!

We highly recommend this place. It’s beautiful, quiet, but centrally located to see the sights. The staff are wonderful, especially Mary Lynn, who prepared our delicious breakfasts every morning. She was very helpful with restaurant and sightseeing recommendations. She’s a marvelous ambassador for this lovely place.

Superb location and recently refurbished bedroom with both a hot tub and a separate shower. Weak water pressure in shower. Blanket on bed had previous occupant’s lipstick on it, suggesting not cleaned before we arrived. Bed and breakfast building separate from main facility, meaning our building was unstaffed. Entry by code which, if forgotten, meant other guests banging loudly on front door at midnight to be let in. Not conducive to good sleep. Breakfast disappointing: despite explaining my wife is allergic to pork and I don’t like spicy sausage, both were served to us by the cook herself five minutes later!

Exceptionally clean. highly accommodating and friendly staff. Breakfasts were excellent. Only two suggestions. 1: the after 6:00 coded lock is prone to malfunction and should be replaced 2: the large jet tub was slippery and could use anti slip strips. I will highly recommend this establishment to all.

This is a great place to stay in St. Augustine! It's in a quieter part of the town, and a 3 minute walk to the historic area, cathedral, Flagler College, fort, restaurants, etc. The staff was excellent, breakfast was delicious and a lot of freebees (water, cookies, coffee, wine). The B&B has onsite parking which was very convient! I highly recommend!

It was a busy weekend, we arrived for the 4th of July festivities. We parked at the garage but needed to wait a while for a space. The Carriage Way provided a card for free parking (two nights) and also gave us a gift (champagne) for the parking inconvenience! Our room was on the main floor right in the main lobby but it was surprisingly quiet. We loved all the amenities ( free water, sodas, and even red and white wine and homemade cookies). We were in the heart of the town, literally minutes away from main attractions. The staff here was superb with Aryanna ( hope I have correct spelling) and Lisa across the street who provided the breakfasts (also delicious). The place is a typical B&B, quaint and lovely. We will definitely stay here again. We were very pleased.
