「Extremely noisy and unable to sleep until well past 23.30 hrs when the bar shut. Even after that, water noises and pipes rattling. The location was good for our purpose of visit and rooms were decent with tea/coffee and a good size towel provided. Aside from the noise, the lack of Reception staff and communication between management and Reception/cleaning staff needs to drastically improve! My daughter,a student in London, stayed the night before we arrived and arranged WITH MANAGEMENT via email...

The fragrance of the cover proved it was substituted. The hotel was close to TKmark, Subway and MacDonald. 5 mins walk to the underground station.
