"Our room was 3 bedrooms and certainly big enough to accommodate a large family. The property looks nice and the location is fine. The problems we encountered were: Unclean linen, when asked to change the linen, they left same linen and just made the bed again. There was no hot water at all, when asked staff to check they said there is only one room, The Presidential Suite, which has hot water, and we can take a shower there if we need a shower. "First of all, it was little difficult to figured out about check in, we had to wait for someone to check us in. Then we had to move to different tower due to the room we supposed to stay had some problems. We also couldn’t use the stove. The person checked us in, said “it doesn’t work” Not sure why the pictures showing that this room came with the stove if we couldn’t use it?
