The hotel location is very strategic in the heart of Bandung. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Room is cozy but cleanliness and room lighting can be improved. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Its the best that Bandung has, which arguably isnt that much but still. Breakfast was ok, hotel did their best with the room though there are clear signs of datedness. Its also very near some cafes, restaurants and tourist attractions. Id stay here again if i ever came back to Bandung.

Staff was very polite and helpful. Ambience was great and very clean. We are not used to do the open concept of the sink area and separating shower and WC area.

Overall very nice stay but can tell from furniture there are old stains and wear and tear. Feels Kind of unhygienic. But the bed was amazing and staff was very good. Thank you

Close to the city centre

The hotel is pretty new but the building is not really well maintained compare to well-known chained hotel that has been existed for many years back. The room is comfy enough. Breakfast is just ok and very standard for 5 ⭐️ hotel.

The only thing nice about staying here was the breakfast. Checking in was quite a hazzle the room was not even ready at 5PM and very surprisingly the towels were not appropriate for a five star hotel.

Nice

A nice hotel, the service is a little slow and the breakfast options are a bit limited. It is weird the rooms don’t have a desk - just an awkward round table

I ask for refund of one night which I was not staying, Both Pullman and hotel.com not helped in this matter. I found it better to book through Accor website and get benefits over booking through hotel.com.
