The staff at this hotel were so friendly and very helpful and accommodating. They even came and changed bedding for us in the middle of the night after our son woke up vomiting. Everyone was so smiley and fun to interact with. The hotel is super nice and clean and professional.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a good value for the price. The staff were exceptionally friendly and supportive, always ready to assist. However, the cleanliness of both the public areas and rooms left something to be desired; I noticed hair and dirt in various spots. While these issues weren’t critical, they were noticeable and detracted from the overall experience.

Calm & Recharged!

Holiday Inn Pasteur is a lovely place! Staff were wonderful and the housekeeping was awesome and really takes care of you during your stay. There are Ole-Ole Bandung shops opposite the hotel if you’re brave to cross the bustling road. Else, there is the Alfamart and Indomaret 50m to the left of the hotel (when you leave) and Kenangan Coffee 100m to the right. Breakfast: Wide array of choices including sushi, the different types of nasi, man tou, lontong, keropoks, sambal, porridge and on weekends: Indomie station. 7min drive from Paris Van Java (A must go to this HUGE mall) 10min drive to Ciwalk or Cimpeles Walk (another must go- many food and cafe area and souvenir shops along the road)

We did have a room on the 8th floor, but it was too noisy from the outside traffic. some food wasn’t warm but cold during breakfast. The fridge did make too much noise, we have to put out the power otherwise we can not sleep. The shower was leaking hard from above the sprouting. In the early morning ad 05:30 hours there was very much noise also just like during a renovation above our room, so we cannot sleep anymore. We are planning not to go anymore to this hotel. We pay al lot for the room, but we did not expect that a 5 star hotel do have such many problems. This hotel is good for 2 stars. The employees in the restaurant are all very good people and want to do the best for us

Nice Hotel

The room is spacious and big enough for couple,american breakfast is good and delicious. Parking area is limited by there is a free valet parking. The only Issue is traffic jam at certain hours from city to the Hotel
