「Lekker rustig gelegen hotel, waarvandaan je wel makkelijk in het centrum van Bandung kan komen. De kamer is lekker ruim, hoewel de bedden wel klein zijn. Pas op met douchen. Stel de temperatuur goed in en wacht een paar minuten. De waterdruk komt namelijk in golven en kan ineens heel heet zijn. Het enige minpuntje; de kamer stond geadverteerd als 'ontbijt inbegrepen' en dit stond ook in mijn boekingsbevestiging, maar dit bleek bij aankomst niet zo te zijn. Maar dit is een fout bij Hotels.com.」

「Hotel is still new about a year plus. Location is good. Not far from cihemplas walk & rumah moda. Great Room size, Breakfast spread are marvellous and service staff are excellent. 「My friend and I stayed in the Grand Serela Setiabudhi hotel for 4 nights. 「This hotel is relatively new but there was already signs of wear like a stain on the hallway carpet and dark age spots on the bathroom mirror. It is definitely a luxury feeling hotel and the staff gave excellent service. The jacuzzi would have felt more jacuzzi like if the water was warm but it was still nice. Beautiful view!」

「Hotel met een hele goede service. Het personeel was super behulpzaam. De kamer was schoon en netjes. Als ze de badkamer een update zouden geven, zou het een perfecte kamer zijn. Het enige echt negative was dat het geluid van de gang erg doordrong in de kamer. Het personeel maakt geen lawaai, maar andere gasten wel. En Indonesische zijn vroeg op en niet stil in de vroege ochtend.」
