「Nice hotel. Close to everything and the staff is very nice and professional. I lost my money clip with money in it and after about 12 hours I realized it was lost so I went to the front desk and it was there with the money still in tact. Safe place and trustworthy staff. 」

「Hotel is still new about a year plus. Location is good. Not far from cihemplas walk & rumah moda. Great Room size, Breakfast spread are marvellous and service staff are excellent. Didn't get their names but all are very helpful. Hotel Maintenance is a plus. All areas look clean and tidy. The swimming pool is a must to visit it's breathtaking.」

「My friend and I stayed in the Grand Serela Setiabudhi hotel for 4 nights. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the Manager, Agin who was very patient and tried his sincerest to help us. 「Hotel met een hele goede service. Het personeel was super behulpzaam. De kamer was schoon en netjes. Als ze de badkamer een update zouden geven, zou het een perfecte kamer zijn. Het enige echt negative was dat het geluid van de gang erg doordrong in de kamer. Het personeel maakt geen lawaai, maar andere gasten wel. En Indonesische zijn vroeg op en niet stil in de vroege ochtend.」

「It was average. The shopping and food we're quite nearby. Perhaps a signage on the main ròad help. Most vehicles including the taxis often missed the location. The people who managed the place are really friendly and helpful. Breakfast normalĺy is from 7am to 10am. When we need to check out at 5.30am, I asked them to prepare us 4 hardboiled eggs that we can eat at the airport. At 5.15am not only the eggs are ready, even the breakfast is ready.」

「We stayed here for a week with my family. We had two connecting rooms very handy. Although at first we were disappointed that we did not had any windows in our room, in the end the open space infront / open air of our rooms made up for it.
