「Nice hotel. Close to everything and the staff is very nice and professional. I lost my money clip with money in it and after about 12 hours I realized it was lost so I went to the front desk and it was there with the money still in tact. Safe place and trustworthy staff. 」

「My friend and I stayed in the Grand Serela Setiabudhi hotel for 4 nights. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the Manager, Agin who was very patient and tried his sincerest to help us. 「Hotel met een hele goede service. Het personeel was super behulpzaam. De kamer was schoon en netjes. Als ze de badkamer een update zouden geven, zou het een perfecte kamer zijn. Het enige echt negative was dat het geluid van de gang erg doordrong in de kamer. Het personeel maakt geen lawaai, maar andere gasten wel.
