「Hotel is still new about a year plus. Location is good. Not far from cihemplas walk & rumah moda. Great Room size, Breakfast spread are marvellous and service staff are excellent. Didn't get their names but all are very helpful. Hotel Maintenance is a plus. All areas look clean and tidy. The swimming pool is a must to visit it's breathtaking.」

「My friend and I stayed in the Grand Serela Setiabudhi hotel for 4 nights. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the Manager, Agin who was very patient and tried his sincerest to help us. Actually, the main reason coming to Bandung is for our friend's wedding, therefore we were on a very tight schedule. 「This hotel tries really hard; has spacious rooms with high quality furnishings, and excellent personal service (e.g. ringing you up to ask if you want breakfast room service). The location is away from Jalan Cihampelas but it is only a 15-20 minute walk away. Handy for Lembang, Istana Plaza and the airport. Very good value-for-money indeed. Foreigners should be aware that no beer or wine is served.」

「Nice hotel. Close to everything and the staff is very nice and professional. I lost my money clip with money in it and after about 12 hours I realized it was lost so I went to the front desk and it was there with the money still in tact. Safe place and trustworthy staff. 」
