「Schönes sauberes Zimmer. Super nettes Team und das Cafe/Restaurant im EG ist auch nett und es schmeckt gut. Frühstück war auch gut. Pancakes. Frische Säfte, Früchte und Eierspeisen. Natürlich gibt es auch einige asiatische Gerichte zum Frühstück.」

「住房空間可以，但是厠所洗澡的地方牆上的發霉情況像是很久沒人清潔一樣，滿是污漬，以5星的價住這樣的房間真的不很不值的。酒店的裝修也老舊。」

「Hotel is still new about a year plus. Location is good. Not far from cihemplas walk & rumah moda. Great Room size, Breakfast spread are marvellous and service staff are excellent. Didn't get their names but all are very helpful. Hotel Maintenance is a plus. All areas look clean and tidy. The swimming pool is a must to visit it's breathtaking.」

「This hotel tries really hard; has spacious rooms with high quality furnishings, and excellent personal service (e.g. ringing you up to ask if you want breakfast room service). The location is away from Jalan Cihampelas but it is only a 15-20 minute walk away. Handy for Lembang, Istana Plaza and the airport. Very good value-for-money indeed. Foreigners should be aware that no beer or wine is served.」

「Stayed 2 nights in their Family Room. Rates are affordable, room is a tad small for 4 adults but it's alright. We had a decent stay. Breakfast spread is not huge - filled with local food. Not much healthy options but it'll do. Location is excellent as it's just across the road from s shopping mall Cihampelas Walk (Ciwalk). Loads of stores along the roads to patronise. Staff are friendly and nice.」

「My friend and I stayed in the Grand Serela Setiabudhi hotel for 4 nights. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the Manager, Agin who was very patient and tried his sincerest to help us. Actually, the main reason coming to Bandung is for our friend's wedding, therefore we were on a very tight schedule. As it was, the manager Agin and Ronald still tried their best to help, listening our request patiently and quick to recommend attractions of Bandung to us. It was great!! We tried...

「It was average. The shopping and food we're quite nearby. Perhaps a signage on the main ròad help. Most vehicles including the taxis often missed the location. The people who managed the place are really friendly and helpful. Breakfast normalĺy is from 7am to 10am. When we need to check out at 5.30am, I asked them to prepare us 4 hardboiled eggs that we can eat at the airport. At 5.15am not only the eggs are ready, even the breakfast is ready.」
