バンドンのさわやかな風を受けて外で食事できるのが、最高でした。 日本人に「納豆食べるか？」と声をかけてくださり、おそらく日本からの納豆を出してもらいました。翌朝もスペシャルがあると言われて楽しみにしていたら、味噌汁と鮭の塩焼きが。これにはビックリ。いつも出るかわかりませんが、そんな心のあるホテルでしたね。 庶民的なショッピングモールも隣りなので夕食にも困りません。

Not worth it's price. Needs to be slashed at least by half to be compared to other good hotels in this city. But yeah they need to improve on the cleaning. The smells and the interior of the rooms. The WiFi is up to 4096 kbps only. The breakfast is great though

Need to change the hair-dryer to a better type. My room hair-dryer not that good. Need a door bell. Everytime whenever somebody knocking on my neighbour's door, it sounds like someone is knocking on my room door. Overall I'm satisfied with the service and happy during my stay.

위치가 너무 좋고, 친절하고, 조식이 훌륭함

숙소 내 객실이 조금 낡은 점만 제외하면 흠 잡을 곳 없이 너무 좋은 호텔입니다. 직원들은 친절하며, 수영장도 넓고 깨끗합니다. 최고의 장점은 호텔의 위치 입니다. 로비에서 바로 이어지는 쇼핑몰 및 음식점이 너무 편리하고 좋았어요. 그리고 조식은 꼭 드셔보세요. 입맛에 따라 취향이 갈릴 수는 있지만 음식 종류가 다양하고 맛있습니다.

I stayed in Sensa Hotel Bandung,Indonesia from May 29th - June 4th 2019 book through ORBITZ,but I decided to extend until June 9th then go back home to Savannah,USA. This hotel is incredible for overall The management,marketing team especially Ms.Rani who handled my son graduation party on May 31th at Shanghai Room,F&B Team Mr.Lucky The Sous Chef,Mr.Asep his assistant and all entire F&B Team,front desk,room service,securities even the spa team. I am so impressed when met the owner Mrs.Elly so humble n down to earth person,she loves the employees and her guest,I could see by my eyes how see did every morning come to the beautiful and bunch of foods at the breakfast area on the side of nice swimming pool on the 3rd floor. Sensa Owner and team member you guys are ROCKS I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!! Tabitha Yana Ortiz Savannah,USA
