"Room little dated but extremely spacious, and very clean. Only comment is lack of USB port. Buffet was adequate but missing the ‘wow’ factor. Property was little far from train station, I think it would be much convenient if the shuttle will bring guess back to hotel instead of just one way to the train station."

"The stuffs are kinds, amenities at the big hot springs are good. Both dinner and breakfast buffets are great!!"

"The room was absolutely beautiful, the private bath was so lovely in the cold night air. The staff were all so friendly and attentive, it really felt like they had thought of everything! We would definitely stay here again The only downside is that when arriving, the driveway/road up to the hotel is completely gravel so it was very hard to get our suitcase to the hotel. We ended up getting a taxi back to the train station at the end of our stay and that was much easier. Strongly recommend not walking to the hotel from the train station if you have a big suitcase like we did"

"Allajin projector was broken. The smell from the drain filled the whole room. The footsteps from the person upstairs are bothering me. It was okay, but once was enough."

"The room was magnificent! It was huge with great view of the mountains! Heater worked wonderful! It was freezing outside so a good heater was super good for the night! It was a Japanese style room, tatami floors and beds AND they had extra beds to make it more comfy! Would stay here again!!! "

"The room was a little dirty. Lots of dust all over the room. No hot water in the bathroom. Only provide one towel for your trip. There’s a public bathing area downstairs. The onsen was nice. Doesn’t seem like this hotel was renovated in a while. They also only accept cash at the front desk. "
