Wonderful greeting to enjoy this beautiful property for a day. The amenities are first rate and meals are clever and service in the restaurant is excellent. Rooms are a little dated but would not prevent me from booking there again.

The staff went above and beyond to help make our stay a memorable one. They helped us with sightseeing ideas around Nikko and did multiple trips with the hotel shuttle to get our group of 9 to these places. Breakfast and dinner were spectacular, each meal prepared with such elaborate dishes. Onsen was larger, both indoor and outdoor available. Lots of skin care and hair products to choose from in the change rooms. Beautiful surroundings. A convenient store within 10min walk.

**FOR AMERICANS** This is the real experience and extremely authentic. If you are looking for a true traditional Japense onsen, this is for you. Also, be aware that this is not in Nikko proper - and a bit tricky to get to - you need to take a Tobu Nikko train from Nikko to Kinugawaonsen Station.Be aware that the staff speaks VERY limited English so try to communicate with them ahead of time to plan. They are so kind and helpful and will pick you up from the train station or take you to nearby sites. We did a beautiful hike at a national park nearby and the foliage was beautiful. The food is amazing and included in the price of your stay. This is the real deal - traditional breakfast and dinner with many courses. All the guests were Japense and the onsen was gorgeous and very clean. This is an experience we will never forget and we are so greatful for our time there.

値段に見合うサービスではなかったと感じました。 夕食時は注文した飲み物とは違うものが来たし、栓抜きも言わないと持ってこない。 朝食時は客に聞こえるくらい大きな声で従業員に説教し始める。 浴衣には破れて穴が空いている。 売店は朝しか現金支払いできない。 高い宿泊代を払っていたので、期待していただけにとてもガッカリでした。 もう行かないです。

十分享受及舒適的住宿

酒店距離鬼怒川車站大約十分鐘步行路程。只要客人有需要 ，酒店會安排專車接送來回鬼鬼川火車站，十分貼心及方便。酒店所有員工都十分殷勤。酒店整體環境舒適，我們住了三晚一泊兩吃，每天的早餐及晚餐都十分豐富美味，菜式亦都不同。 溫泉亦十分舒適， 唯露天部分觀景有些局限，不夠開揚。

至れり尽くせり

おもてなしは至れり尽くせりで、気持ちよく過ごせました。露天風呂は気持ちよく、サウナも楽しめました。お料理は何でも美味しかったのですが、いちばんは「ごはん」でした。お米も水もよいのでょうね。

最悪です。

部屋に布団が敷いてなくて22時を回っても敷いて貰えず畳の上の座椅子に座って待っていた。長旅で疲れているのに全く寛ぐ事が出来なかった。お風呂も広くなくて露天風呂は小さくて人がいっぱいで入れなかった。チェックアウトの時にネットで支払い済みなのに二重請求された。高額の宿泊料金に対してサービスは最悪です。

どのセクションのスタッフも細やかな気遣いができるお宿です。特にレストランの男性スタッフの方には名前と顔を一致させて覚えていただいていたようで、気持ちよく朝食をいただけました。この価格帯の宿として設備自体に際立った特徴がある訳ではありませんが、手入れは行き届いていると思います。 和洋室を利用しましたが、次回は和室を利用したいと思います。
