「We went to Kelowna for the first time. As we step at the guest service we met Ashton he is from NW territories and such a warm welcome and friendly manner. 「隔音很差，旁边房间说什么话听的一清二楚。半夜三点四十五，酒店服务员关门开门的声音一直持续了二十分钟。早上七点开始，就有陆陆续续开关门的声音，住了两天，每天都被吵醒。酒店里几乎什么都没有，桌子是坏的。唯一庆幸的是前台接待员服务很好。」

「Friendly staff and convenient location to restaurants as it is along highway 97. Hotel a bit outdated but service and location outweigh this. Wishing our suite had a microwave but that is minor compared to the overall stay. There is a microwave in the lobby for guest use but a bit inconvenient if you are in the far section of the hotel. Overall I would recommend this hotel.」

「Even though its near the airport, we didn't hear any airplanes at all. Quiet, no street noise, probably because its a bit further from downtown. It's clean, and safe. No bells or whistles. Free breakfast was not fancy, but it's good. Would prefer Okanagan fruits, instead of just bananas and apples, then what should we expect from a free breakfast. 」
