"We had a great stay! The cleaners were on top of our room daily, the rooms were well maintained and so was the entire property. All of the employees were incredibly kind and helpful. We even forgot personal belongings in our room and the staff was very prompt in contacting us for their safe return. Would absolutely recommend this hotel!"

"Stayed 2 nights in September 2026. Location was excellent. Walkable distance to Nishiki and other major shopping districts. In house choice for Italian/ Japanese / Mexican cuisine is great and convenient. The Gym was a little challenge to find. Overall an excellent stay. Will not hesitate to come back."
