Unfortunately we were not able to park in the hotels own car park but were advised by staff to park just outside the hotel in a public car park, which we did but unfortunately our car was broken into in the night which was far from ideal as we had to then cut our trip short and drive home with a broken car window."

"What was unique about the property was the Sky Lounge, 19 stories high, outside area too and overlooking the Rhine River. Service was exceptional, including getting our rooms earlier. We were upgraded from standard rooms to comfort rooms free of charge. This was a nice touch. The rooms were spacious and very clean.
