「nice and helpful cafeteria staff. Always come with great smile on the face」

「Top Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Neue moderne Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. Direkt an der Rüttenscheider Str in Essen. Immer gerne wieder」

「All information we needed to check in available in good time, centrally located so easy to get to, a bit loud at times due to location and an event happening during our stay, but earplugs are provided as a bonus. Really quick to respond when we had a faulty appliance」

「It is close to everything. The only downside is the parking. Hard to find parking」

「My room features a kitchen equipped with an oven, a living room with a comfortable sofa, a TV, and a dining table. The bathroom is large and modern. There's also a second TV in the bedroom, both of which can sync with my iPad—perfect for cozy movie nights. The location is very convenient, being close to the train station and right next to the exhibition centre. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, making it a fantastic place to stay.」

「Tidy and friendly to disabled residents」

「Very bad, the hotel reminded to check in 24 hours, no one actually arrived at 9 o'clock. Finally opened the door with the help of others in the apartment.」
