「The is the best hotel I stayed in Europe so far. The staffs are polite. When I opened the room door. They already have two Pastel de Nata and a bottle of champagne on the table. The breakfast are amazing. You can order hot food from the menu. They are fine dinning quality. Location are perfect for shopping. I can’t wait to go back and stay there again next time. Great Job ! 「First of all, it’s amazing! The stay is wonderful and it started with warm and welcoming staff at reception. She explained a lot and helped us on early check in. We got welcome drinks and also soft drink credits (this is from Expedia). She also helped to upgrade my parents room to a supreme and spacious room! We love it. Everyday we got night snack and wine/water in the room. The location is great and I will definitely stay in the future. When we checkout day, gentleman in the front desk helped...

「非常好的住宿體驗，在進到房間之後發現沒有浴缸後，我提出希望住在有浴缸的房型，服務人員很快速的幫我處理，並帶我們看了兩個房間來做選擇，最後我選了一間帶浴缸且有小陽台的房間，房間寬敞能輕鬆把行李箱打開，早上還可以打開陽台享受里斯本早晨的空氣與街景。 每天晚上五點前清潔人員會把房間收拾乾淨 ，床柔軟舒適我住在這裡的四個晚上躺到床上都一下子就睡着了，住宿早餐提供的卡布奇諾很好喝，第二天吃到蛋塔讓我印象深刻，服務人員熱情又有禮貌，若有機會再來訪，我一樣會選擇這間飯店！」
