「This apartment was very clean and new. It’s one of my nicest stay in UK. The only drawback was the hot water heater being tripped. Good thing was the management had warned me through email and told me how to recover. I highly recommend it. 」

「The room was emaculate when I arrived. Bed was very comfy with relaxing pillows. Had a nice night sleep. Happy to see the sheets and laundry were also clean and fresh. If you are looking to watch a game at Anfield..this must be your room of choice. Highly recommend it. Lovely stay. 」

「The location is superb, very near to Lime Street Station and main shops. The front desk lady is accommodating and the service was good. Just be aware that if your room is on the top floor, you will need to carry your luggages and climb up stairs. For top floor, there is no heating in the room.」

「It wasn’t where I thought it was. I thought it was the Docks. Just slightly out of the town centre. Liked it though. Good value and comfy bed. Bathroom was very cramped mind, especially the toilet 」

「The room was okay just didn’t have any heating and a bit loud at night because of the clubs and takes around 20 minutes for the heat up the shower but the rest was all good and close to the city centre i do still recommend 」

「Rooms were spacious and the staff were kind, but the hotel feels run-down and less than clean. My room was in the basement which only have half windows. The carpets have an odor, housekeeping missed trash removal, the rooms are not well lit and the room itself was very basic. Overall, not the level of Hyatt quality I expected for the price. 」
