The bar serves amazing cocktails and is all carefully thought out - from the decor to the drinks. Our room was spotlessly clean with everything we could need. It also felt luxurious, even with a pillow menu! The pool area was well kept and always clean. You never saw or heard people cleaning either, it all seemed to just magically happen. 「Clean good size room. Bed came down from the ceiling. Great location walkable to the main sites. Having a drinking water facility in the lobby with water jugs to take to your room was very helpful 」

「Perfect base to explore Krakow. Room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed including fridge ( stocked with a mini bar) microwave, hob, safe, ironing board and super hot and powerful shower. Everything was spotless and when the outside temperature was -12 our room was warm and cosy. The breakfast had everything you could think off, from cereal, bacon, eggs to homemade jams, fresh honey comb and everything inbetween. The reception area is staffed 24 hours a day and staff are friendly...
