「Nice and helpful staff,feel safe like a castle」

「Room was clean, plenty of towels, would've been nice to have a small fridge, particularly in summer. Balcony was a lovely surprise and all, ALL the staff smiled and were very friendly. I could be cynical and attribute this to the new management 'bounce' but hope it shall continue as I am looking forward to return soon. 」

「A brilliant stay at The Holmes Hotel. The location is ideal, just a short walk from Oxford Street and Marylebone High Street, with excellent transport links. The staffs were super friendly and helpful, always on hand with a smile. The rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable. The breakfast was a real highlight - delicious and varied. We will definitely be coming back on our next trip to London.」

「We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available. And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. It’s my bad to have left belongs not checked but expecting they can help.」

「The staff were amazing, from the front desk staff to the staff at the restaurant - the brush and the staff who serviced the breakfast buffet on Saturday the 24th of January 26 and the front desk staff on the evening of the 23rd Jan 26… amazing women who were empathetic, kind and so lovely. The room service staff as well were fantastic. I stayed with my two kids and really enjoyed our stay. My son is autistic and I was nervous about spending a night away from home and the staff were wonderful....
