「Advertised hot breakfast was not available. Staff informed me that the new owners stopped the hot breakfast when they acquired the property. The only breakfast food available was toast, cereal, yogurt, and a waffle. No coffee at all and no juice. The exercise room was locked and front desk claimed it was due to renovation in another part of the building. I requested a crib when I made the reservation. 「Room was clean and breakfast was better than most」

「Opening the door to our room, a heavy perfume hit us. As someone who has allergies, this wasn't a great start. The ac was on very cold and hard to regulate along the terrible noise it made. We shut it off. The sheets were white and seemed clean, the pillowcases were NOT white and were stained. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor. I don’t know about the other rooms, if it was just ours but we won’t be staying again.」
