「The room was huge. Staff was friendly and really made an effort to make our stay pleasant (including waiting until late for a late checkout). Breakfast was good. 「The hotel is modern and the rooms are lovely. We were very impressed with the level of professionalism of the staff. The front desk and restaurant staff were fantastic and helpful. Highly recommend!! The only caveat is the parking garage. Extremely difficult to maneuver a car, and we scraped the side and damaged our car.」

「The hotel is next to the Crystal Palace, with nice views on the river. It is very near to the city centre with bus, or even walking.
The lady in the reception is exretemly helpful.
The only downside is that the toilet is not obsecure, curtains need to be considered. 」

「Veronica is very nice and helpful during our stay there. The location is very convenient to the restaurants we like and all sight seeing spots are all in walking distance. The only drawback is no elevator inside the building so if you are not travelling with a strong guy and with heavy suitcase, you will have to reconsider the larger suite here as mine is the smallest which is on the top floor. 😞」

「我們從聖地牙哥坐巴士過來，下車後，只走7分鐘就到了。飯店人員很客氣，速度很快。房間大，房號1001，可以看整個舊城區，風景太棒了。早餐更不用說，太棒了。主廚都在巡。我們住了5天四夜，非常愉快。到景點，都用走的可以到。不要忘了，5點半，起床到河邊看日出。回機場，坐601巴士，約30分就到，很方便，離飯店3分鐘。飯店應該是6星級才對。Thanks very much. 」
