「Because I went to bed late and had to take a 9 o'clock bus to the airport at 3 o'clock in the morning. The service staff called me twice but I was still very sleepy. However, they waited for me patiently. I think they are very responsible!」

「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. 「 5 stars Stayed here over an extended weekend and the place was phenomenal! Rooms were super clean with constant house keeping coming to offer services. Front lobby and pool was very clean as well as all staff... The only thing that I did not like was that the hallway smelled liked weed, especially being in a non smoking area.」
