「Definitely enjoy a perfect onsen experience here, the hotel provide shuttle bus service anytime and all the staff are polite and helpful, the environment is great and the public bath and the rest zone are very good and surprised me ! A lot of free ice cream and fruits , there a massage sofa too! Really amazing experience here!!!!! The breakfast and dinner really make me feel amazing !!!! Strongly recommend!!!!」

「Enjoyed the onsens so much here. The restaurant service was great, food was great and the staff were so friendly with our little boy.(thank you for your patience and smile!) The Japanese style room was cozy and not humid at all. We were lucky that it snowed a few times during our stay. Waking up to a beautiful snowing view outside the window was amazing. Great experience. 」

「自行開車前往有馬溫泉拉著行李走到旅館可能須走一陣子，因為旅館位於溫泉街中心處。到了旅館附近遍尋不著該在哪辦理入住手續，花了幾分鐘找路人詢問（當地人英文普遍不能溝通）才找到辦理入住手續的本館上大坊。別館的房間剛重新裝潢沒多久，整體感覺很新很乾淨，樓下與附近很多文創小店、啤酒咖啡館與小吃，離金湯更是幾步路腳程。旅館主人雖然不諳英文但接待過程很用心，甚至幫我們提一件大行李至二樓，退房時也送了我們伴手明信片。整個旅館美中不足的缺點應該是本館的溫泉，建議能不去就別去，溫泉位於地下室充滿濕氣與霉味，非常陳舊與骯髒，地面溼滑黏膩，其中一個池子還佈滿青苔⋯⋯」

「In the male onsen room, the Korean customers stole my towel which placed on my basket. These customers so noisy and use mobile phone in the onsen changing room but no staff stop them. It makes me feel so frustrated in the onsen room.」
