"まず、ご飯が1泊２食付きと書かれていたので、鶏鍋やすき焼きなどが選べると思ったら、強制的に鶏鍋の予約になっていた。
結局アップグレードして（一人2000円追加）すき焼きにしたが…びっくりする位量が少ない!!
ハチ北の他の宿に泊まってすき焼きを食べたときの半分ほどのお肉しかなかった。（画像で3人分です他にはご飯しかありません。）
そしてお肉が硬かった。
あれは本当に但馬牛でしょうか…？
きっと但馬牛でもかなり安い部位なんだろうな…。
これでは楽天とかの方が安いので損をした気分です。
あと、卓球などができる憩いスペースがあったんですが、こちらにあるコタツ、ストーブ（コンセントが抜かれていて届く場所にない）
使わせる気がないなら、置くべきでは無いのでは？
体脂肪率や筋肉量を測れる高い機械があります！！と部屋にあるパンフレットに記載があったが故障中。そもそもプリント用紙が入ってないので使わせる気がない。
これ、本当にハチ北で1番良い宿と言われ るひさ屋でしょうか？
客層も20代半ば位の若い子が多くて…
少しガッカリでした。

"Staff were excellent, polite, attentive, prompt in response.
Room was large, quite dated though and could use updating, especially the bathroom. Waste basket in bathroom was toy sized.
Onsen baths were great, nice and ample facilities.
Meals were excellent; attended by great staffs."

"This ryokan was recommended by a Japanese coworker and our stay at Hotel Hanakoyado was exquisite. We were only able to stay one night, because it was booked up when we had planned to go earlier in our trip. We ended up staying here the night before our flight home and it was just the decompression we needed for our long flight the next day. The staff was so helpful and friendly, and you could really tell they took a lot of pride in their work. The meals were delicious. We especially loved...
