The check in process was quick and seamless. I used a luggage delivery service and my luggage was waiting in the lobby at my arrival. The woman at the desk was pleasant and helpful with tips for my stay. The room was clean and contained slippers as well as compartments at the door for my arrival.
The kitchen has dishes and an ice tray in the freezer!! As a family of 4, we appreciated the large closet, separate toilet and bath area as well as the sliding wall.
There is a beautiful garden acoss the street and many shops within walking distance. I appreciated the quiet of the area and the balcony area for the apartment.
The only downside is the difficulty in obtaining a luggage delivery service for the next leg of my trip.
But I would definitely visit this property again.

The location is excellent for a few couple close by attractions, Nijio Castle and Kyoto Gyeon National Garden. The room is clean and the washer and dryer within the property is a plus! Walking distance of 5 minutes or less to a near by supermarket and bus stop. Train station is also not too far as well. We really enjoy our stay!

"Stayed on 17th floor facing airport, amazing views, great amenities, a massive hotel with normal big hotel amenities (laundry service only). Comfortable beds and pillows. One downside was walls between rooms super thin, lady in room next door coughed all night long 😞, limited sleep had."

"Great location. Osaka Namba is not as central as Osaka Umeda for bs, but good enough. Not too far from Dotonbori. Facilities are great.
