"The hotel's concierge service was good and the facilities were old but clean. It was a hotel with history. However, it was disappointing that the reception staff at the public bath on the 2nd floor seemed a bit tired. The location was good and I plan to visit again next time I go to Kobe."

"The rooms were a little tired but the rest of the hotel was magnificent. The location is perfect, try and get a room facing the Ferris wheel as night time is very pretty. The foyer is beautiful and always smells so fresh! The convenience store onsite had everything we needed including beautiful sandwiches for the kids and the breakfast oh my goodness! Next level!!!! They had everything you could imagine!!!! "
