"Pool was AMAZING. Perfect temperature in June. Room only had 2 towels for 3 people staying for 3 nights, only provided 2 coffee pods and staff was upset when I asked for more. This hotel is 100% worth it for their outdoor heated pool though."

"I had an issue with the card key. It would not let us open the door to the room and upon resetting it by the desk it still wouldn't work. The third time the desk gave us new cards and after many attempts it finally took. All of this happened around 12:00 a.m. unfortunately. And on top of that the desk and the room are about a 3 block drive away."
