「This was a quiet stay in an older hotel with character and charm. It was close to Branson without having to drive thru the traffic. The hotel is older, well maintained and clean. My husband and I stayed for a 2 night quick weekend trip. John at the front desk was very helpful and made sure we enjoyed our stay. The restaurants, 2 breweries, coffee shop and ice cream is all within a short walk within the block. 」

The staff asked us to return in about an hour, so we went to dinner and came back over two hours later—only to find the room still wasn’t ready. After waiting an additional hour in the lobby with my three exhausted children, we were informed that third-party bookings had overbooked the hotel and our reserved three-bed...

「The staff were super nice, but our room had hairs on the pillows and on the bed sheets.」

「The hot tub was not working and the jacuzzi tub in the room didn’t have a drain plug in it. The Maintenace fixed that for us. Older property but quiet and room was nice. Bed was comfortable. 」

「I returned for a second time after a great time the first time I was there. Staff is very kind and helpful. There are ice machine was broken on the first floor, and I couldn’t climb the stairs to get iced on the second floor since I’m disabled. The staff was very kind when I asked them to go and get me ice three days in a row. I felt bad, but it was a safety issue for me. But they were very kind and did it for me and I’m very grateful. I would suggest getting a nice machine for every floor so...

「It's an older building thats been nicely renovated. Can't do much with low ceilings though. Window units without a continuous fan option was the deal breaker. It was affordable, clean and comfortable enough for our one night stay. 」
