"We had an amazing stay at this resort and would definitely return! The rooms were beautiful, very spacious, and kept spotless throughout our stay thanks to the excellent housekeeping staff. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality really made our vacation even more enjoyable. The resort is perfect for families. The pool was one of the highlights—large, clean, and a great place for both kids and adults to relax and have fun. There was always something to do, and we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our visit. If you’re looking for a beautiful, clean, and family-friendly resort with outstanding service, this is a fantastic choice. We highly recommend it and look forward to visiting again!"

"Clean room, they clean up after whenever we go to dinner. Air conditioning in the rooms. We had an early arrival, they checked us in right away, gave us our bracelet & we were able to use all amenities although the room were not ready until 1pm. All the staff were nice, the nightly shows were great. The dinner restaurants were great."

"The staff was really nice, they would check up on you and were really friendly. We went mid June and it was a really bad seaweed season, but there were workers working daily cleaning up the seaweed to make the beach accessible. The rooms were clean and pool towels were exchanged nightly. The property itself was a lot smaller than expected, there was one walkway connecting all the buildings to the pool and beach. Food wise there was one buffet serving breakfast and lunch, and for dinner you had to make reservations (Mexican, Italian, Asian, or a Steakhouse). And a snack bar for lunch next to the members only seafood restaurant. There weren’t any tennis/ pickle ball courts but they had a ping pong table, and a gym/ spa which comes at an additional cost. The membership people were pretty ruthless in trying to get you to sign up so be aware incase you are not interested to begin with. They take you to a breakfast/ lunch and take up half the day trying to convince you to sign up even if you are adamant from the start. But unfortunately that is their job and not different than other resorts. The activities people were really energetic and had plenty of games / activities throughout the day. Overall great experience, but I wouldn’t say its exceptionally better than other resorts."

"Everyone was so nice and helpful. I'd never stayed at an all-inclusive place before so I don't have anything to compare it to, but it was a great place to stay. My only criticism is that if you're trying to communicate with the hotel through Expedia, don't. They respond very slowly through that portal. Direct with the hotel is much better."
