"We just got back from our stay at the Grand Serenis. I wish we had more time! It was a short stay! But everyone was super nice and accommodating. We had time by the last day to check out all of the pools, lazy river, and most of the restaurants. We were eligible for a massage included with our Expedia booking. We didn't have time to do it, but that wasn't the hotel's fault. Maybe Expedia could have let us know at booking, and asked us to schedule it then, so we didn't miss out. But I don't blame the hotel at all for that! The concierge helped us with dinner reservations each night, and coordinating luggage pickup. The only negative thing I could say is that we couldn't find monkeys! (Again, not the hotel's fault) But, we saw a bunch of other guests post videos of them on tiktok, and were sad we didn't see any! Otherwise, it was a wonderful trip! Would recommend!"
