"Staff is top notch. Property is very well kept and beautiful. Food buffet options are great. The only suggestion about the food is that the rice should be cooked a little more; it was seasoned well but some grains were still crunchy to the bite. Overall, I had a very good and relaxing stay."

"The staff and grand palladium were above and beyond. From the greeters, to the welcome center, to the waiters, the maintenance staff, all were soooo incredible nice. It has been an incredible experience. I loved the property, the ambience was phenomenal. Thank you guys for making this the best vacations we ever had. You guys rocked. We will definitely be back to a palladium resort. Thank you for everything!!!"

"The resort was much larger than expected. The butlers for our villa (67), Maggie and Julio were wonderful. They were kind and understanding. Although I feel that they should have had another butler during their busiest times. The check in was smooth, Uziel, was great and we enjoyed all his recommendations. Due to the size of the resort, they have carts to take you to places around the place. I would recommend to take that into account when planning for things. You might need to wait an extra 15 minutes to get a cart. Overall, my sister and I had a blast at this resort. Rudy from the travel club team was amazing. Last tip, BRING MOSQUITO REPELLENT!"

"Update 2026. Many of my previous observations are still true great food , rooms and acivities the hotel now is HUGE, has 4 more "wings" . Plenty of new restaurants . More also means diferent. Now each " department " has its responsibility, so coordinating between them all can be an issue. Services take a bit longer. And some personel aren't as "friendly" as before.... Getting reservations for restaurants and tours on an app, most are full even 30 days previous when you can start booking. When we grow , we lose intimacy. This is partially true with the hotel. Good part..... food lots of options but ....most oriented toward the Mexican style....this is a difficulty for many foreigners at the hotel, for example I saw some orientals that literally didn't eat much at all. Beef options are usually good, ribey , sirloin , new York. Seafood fresh and can be cooked to your preference. Breakfast is mexican based with a few extra options ....wafles , pancakes, Bread, bacon and sausage. Green areas and rooms are great room service takes a long time and a lot of the options are not available. Beds are super comfortable and the the pillows are spectacular. They do clean the rooms regularly, and restock the fridge with coke , diet coke , sprite, corona beer and sparkling water. Water in bottles must be asked for to room services. They do bring them , ask for the large. Hot water in shower adequate. In room or balcony hot tubs are standard, water takes 30 min"
