"Look liked a palace. You never had to leave. Everything was right there."

"Amazing resort. This would be our second time staying at this resort. Highly recommended. Friendly staff and food was great!"

Hotel Xcaret Arte - All Parks / All Fun Inclusive, Adults Only - All inclusive
8/10 Good
"Housekeeping was great. Butler was not available right away as informed. We had to tell someone else and they sent a WhatsApp chat vs visiting and showing us room. Once the sales girl walked us to check in desk and we declined offers they didn’t pay much attention. Once we got a hold of the 7 butlers they helped in chat only. Place is big and food was good. We figured out how to get around and other staff was friendly enough to help. Art classes were fun. Expected a bit more for what we paid. Swim up pool was great. Not much of ocean view. There was also maintenance occurring at pool. We weren’t informed."

Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa All Inclusive

"I’m not a travel influencer (although I wish I were!) and I’m not receiving anything for this review. This is simply an honest review from a family traveling with a 4-year-old and an almost 1-year-old. Our only complaint was check-in. After waking at 3 a.m. and arriving around noon, waiting until 3 p.m. with two exhausted children was difficult. A family priority check-in would be a great improvement. Everything else exceeded our expectations. The rooms were modern, spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The wristband technology serving as your room key, resort pass, and payment method was incredibly convenient. The staff truly made this resort exceptional. Everyone was warm, attentive, and always willing to help, especially when it came to finding different milk options for our children. Our concierge, Ali, left thoughtful treats and handwritten notes daily that made us feel genuinely welcomed. The grounds are stunning and impeccably maintained. The food was delicious, with plenty of options for children, and the supervised play areas allowed parents to actually enjoy a peaceful meal. Our kids loved the pools, water slides, and family activities. A special thank you to Maria and Lizbeth at the Family Selection pool for their incredible hospitality. I’ve stayed at resorts around the world, and Grand Palladium Kantenah is by far one of the most family-friendly. We can’t wait to return!"

Catalonia Riviera Maya Resort and Spa All Inclusive

"We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel! Beautifully maintained, with great pools, bars, restaurants and amenities. While there is not really a beach, we didn’t mind that at all, although you can swim in the ocean if you like - it has a barrier to prevent seaweed buildup and waves. We paid an extra $40CAD (for six nights) each to upgrade to the Privileged section - this is well worth it! (Although, if you have the opportunity to upgrade to a room with the tub on the deck, definitely go for that). You get access to your own pool/beach/bar area, as well as the BLoved restaurant - our server Emmanuel was excellent and extremely professional!! You can order food à la carte there and it was always top notch - much better than the buffet! We found the staff throughout the resort to be very pleasant - special shoutout to Antonio in the Mexican restaurant, who also provided excellent service and was so nice to speak with. Evie with the photography team was also super nice while taking our pictures. There were only two cons to our stay - while we had a nice secluded balcony on the ground floor, we could not really enjoy it because at certain points of the day it smelled like sewage. Also, I was not allowed to use the hydrotherapy pool because I’m pregnant, which really didn’t make sense because it’s just a large pool with some water taps that blow water on you if you decide to stand under them, so I’m not sure why I couldn’t use those."

Secrets Tulum Resort & Beach Club - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"We absolutely loved this resort. We came for our anniversary & stayed 3 nights 4 days. We were upgraded to preferred status when we arrived so we were moved to the preferred room section, with access to The Grotto restaurant and pool. That was a wonderful surprise & really made the trip for us. The resort is really clean, quiet, and beautiful! The restaurants all had a great selection of food. We didn’t get to try Jasmine unfortunately, it was closed on the day we wanted to go. Italian restaurant was fine but the Bluewater Grill was exceptional & the ambiance was amazing! We loved the passionfruit margaritas w/ tajin rim at the pool bars. Service was great as well. Karaoke night was so fun! Tulum in general was a great airport to fly into & rental car service was easy to navigate as well. Will definitely come back!"
