"We recently stayed at the Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa as a family of four with our 8 and 10 year old, and overall it was an excellent experience. We booked the Family Selection and stayed in a swim-out suite in Villa 50, which turned out to be the perfect location. We were just steps from the FS beach, the FS El Rinconcito pool, and close to the Colonial pool and breakfast options—everything felt convenient without being crowded. The Family Selection upgrade was absolutely worth it. Having access to all restaurants across the four-resort complex gave us lots of variety, and the butler service made a big difference when it came to booking à la cartes and organizing activities. It really simplified the experience. The resort grounds are beautiful and well maintained, and one of the unexpected highlights for our kids was the wildlife—they loved spotting animals as we walked around. The water park was also a big hit and kept them entertained for hours. Food was excellent overall, with plenty of choice across buffets and à la carte restaurants. One standout evening was the "Tacos & Tequila" night followed by a Mexican-themed show, which was a highlight of the trip—great atmosphere, food, and entertainment. Service throughout the resort was consistently good. Staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. Overall, this resort is a fantastic choice for families, especially with the FS upgrade. Great food, excellent service, beautiful surroundings."

"This is our third time visiting the Catalonia Royal Tulum. It’s excellent all around. The staff is professional and attentive. The food is awesome, and the rooms and physical facility are well serviced/maintained. It has one of the nicest beaches in Mexico. If you really want to relax and eliminate all sources of stress, go to the Catalonia Royal Tulum."

"We had a great stay and would come again. The only problem we had was the restaurants. Reservations were very difficult to get at all the resaurants and the quality of the food at most of them was poor. We ended up eating at the buffet more than we expected. The hotel and the staff were great."

"Everything was nice. Arrived at night around 9pm. They welcomed us home, and gathered the is the luggage. Off we went on resort cart. Beautiful lit pathway, line with palm trees. Welcome, sash on the door. checked in with preferred club members and the festivities began. Served premium drinks. The next 3 days were wonderful, the all inclusive package was definitely a deal. Food was pretty good.Room was very nice. Dual balconies, by the pool, an our ocean view. Staff was very nice. Rooms were kept very clean. We recommend the excursion package to the cenotos and snorkeling "
