"Mark was an incredible host. He made me feel so welcome - like we had been friends for years! He was always available if needed, but not intrusive. I loved how quiet the house was and I enjoyed meeting and feeding all of his kitties. We even found a rabbit exploring the neighborhood - hopefully he found his way to safety. The home is very old Florida style, so it may not suit some fancy travelers but for anyone on a budget who wants to feel like they are at a friend's house - this is your spot."

"It was a clean bed and clean room. It just needs some updating. You can tell everything in the room is dated. Old carpet old furniture ect the bathroom is also looking old. Overall a good experience just know ahead of time about this. The staff at the front desk are nice. I still go there because it’s cheaper to stay than most places around there and it’s in a good location."

"We really enjoyed our one night stay here. The staff was quick to respond to any request for information and our need for extra pillows. The layout of the room was convenient. Our ocean view room was perfect for watching an afternoon storm coming across—as we were told they do in the afternoon. We had planned to visit the pier but the storm caused it to be closed. When we checked in, we were told about a discount offered to BW customers at a restaurant that was within walking distance. This properly is a little spread out over several buildings as was another hotel we stayed at on this trip. There was a short walk to get coffee from where the breakfast was offered. But, we were headed out for a walk on the beach so it was good—not only did we get coffee but we tried the bite sized apple pastries; and, they were nice with our coffee."

"For a budget option this place was excellent and the staff was top notch. I had my mom and my three kids with me and we had a two queen bed suite. It was massive. Obviously since it’s an older place there are some things here or there that aren’t in perfect condition but that’s neither here nor there because everything was very, very clean and smelled clean. Definitely will be staying there again when I’m in the area."
