"I put two visiting guests up in two rooms for two nights at Tru by Hilton during a six day road trip. We had done this particular road trip twelve times in the past and I always used different hotels. This was my first time using Tru. I thought I would try them because one of the other hotels had issues with not being clean. Well, Tru had a similar issue in one of the rooms for one of the stays. McDonalds food bags and empty wrappers were found in the refrigerator and trash was in the waste baskets. When this was brought to the attention of the front desk person he said he would assign a new room, which he did. But the guest moved all of her belongings to the new room herself. Obviously, this room was not cleaned and the staff should have helped move the guest. Not sure what the plans will be for next year's accommodations. w"
