They had no on site parking due to construction which was fine…the staff was NOT clear they charged for this major inconvenience which was the hotels issue. I was charged a standard fully refundable security deposit of $100 which was explained as such, so when I only got $70 back I asked why of course and they said they charged me for parking at $29.90. That was the price for valet service in which I did not use, I parked my own car down the street at an off site parking facility and I was given...

Hiding fees when used the pool. Room service didn’t pick up plates. And sheets were asked to be replaced and bed was fixed and same dirt sheet were put.

I liked that the hotel was clustered in with a business area surrounded by homes, so it was quieter than most hotels on a busy highway. There were about half a dozen eating places in the same cluster so you could walk from the hotel to get something to eat. The hotel was clean and the staff exceptionally kind and helpful. The breakfast was much better than other hotels I have stayed at. This will be my go-to spot for future trips.

I really like the way this hotel had done away with the complimentary amenities... For a 3 day stay, I could have easily done away with 12 mini bottles, at a minimum, for shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. More hotels need to follow this lead. Service was friendly, place was clean and quiet, and I really like the laminate flooring... No gross dirty carpet. **free breakfast, waffles, juices. fresh fruit **
And got the coffee lovers... Starbucks is right next door... there is a walk...

Older property that seems to have had some recent renovations to rooms, not necessarily modern, but renewed. Newer floors, paint and moulding, seals around the bathroom edges, tub and toilet. Basic, but useful and clean amenities like microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer and plenty of lighting and outlets and Samsung, possibly 45 " TV bright a deep colors, not the usual faire in 2 star hotels IMO, so minor but nice surprise. Clean towels and linens. Wall AC unit worked well in...

The place is super convenient to downtown Riverside, well maintained and very affordable. I really enjoyed the hotel's architecture. Having a door onto a balcony, though tiny, was nice in that I could open up the door to let enjoy the evening breeze. WiFi was excellent (there are plenty of hot spots throughout the property).
