"The place has nice amenities, the cleanliness was ok, but not everything was clean in the room, carpets were not clean and one of the bathrooms had lots of small hair. Otherwise it was pretty good. Would be great if there were screens on the doors and windows, the weather was great but with no screens it is hard to keep the bugs away if you open the balcony door or window for example. One thing we didn’t like was how long it takes to check in, it took at least 30 minutes wait. They had one person checking in and about 10 others trying to sell time shares. Not the greatest check in process and after all the wait the try to sell you something "
