「The good thing to say is that the receptionist was very friendly. And the covers in bed were clean. The room was very dusty. The shower was dirty (inside the shower it was okay though). When I arrived at 3pm I was told the room wouldn't be ready in three hours. Even though I was supposed to check in at 2pm. But the receptionist was kind to let me into wiFi and "guard" my luggage in the hallway. 」

「The hotel is a bit dated. Yet it's still in good state. Very convenient located right next to the metro station. and it's just within 20 mins to go to key attractions. 」

「I dont recommand this hotel very bad service. They asked for 20€ extra for late check in although we cale early to check in ag first and they did not accept. No ac in the room until you pay 10€ extra and it was 35C. So ended up paying more than 100€ for the night for. A hotel with zero star. At this price you can book a much better hotel in a much better area.」

「Place was dirty when we arrived. Probably it was used for some party, as everything smelled like cigarettes. Location of the apartment is very good, area seems safe. Kit with detergent, sponge and dish soap was very helpful. 」

「The room was excellent and everything the family needed, especially for the price! Our only issue was the surrounding area and condition of the building exterior felt unsafe (was not unsafe though) and the parking was filled up fast during mid to end of day. Overall a great property and place to stay for a trip to Milan.」
