Not a traditional hotel with a lobby etc, it’s the whole 3rd floor of a building, but reception has someone there 24 hours....

It is in an ideal location for walking (or transit if you prefer) to Castello Sforzesco, Duomo, and Santa Maria delle Grazie. The representatives at Italianway were very responsive to me when I emailed regarding our potential arrival time, and were all very friendly and helpful during our stay.
