「This is a wonderful hotel….. good location, facilities, and staff. The front desk, Marshall, went over and beyond to help me when I could not access my room. He was friendly, professional, and helpful. The only clitch was when I asked about a nearby restaurant (the hotel restaurant was closed), he could only direct me to the taco place across the street stating I would need to walk several blocks for anything else. 「The hotel is really old, which probably explains the poor soundproofing. The bedding was also super uncomfortable, so I didn’t sleep well at all. Worse, I woke up with red rashes all over my body. Compared to other hotels nearby, this place is just not worth the price. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it. 」

「Absolutely lovely! This was our first time to Cape May and this hotel was incredible. The staff and service were beyond what we could imagine. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and there were so many perks included. The complimentary breakfast is what you would expect when paying for higher fine dining and for it to be included was incredible. We are so happy we found a spot to come back to! 」

「The food was excellent at the Rusty Nail. I highly recommend the caesar salad. The entertainment on Sat. evening was also great and was nice to be outside with the firepit listening to llive music. The room seemed newly remodeled and the 2 bunk beds was great for our small daughter.」
