「Florence - A great place to stay!!!!!!!! the location is extremely convenient, you can reach restaurants, shops and gelato places in 1 min. The room is so pretty, clean and spacious with a huge bed, big toilet, kitchen and living room. Also the staffs are so nice and friendly, they offered help to book restaurant and order flower before we arrived! Love this hotel so much!」

「Super comfortable, clean and beautiful room. Best choice for those travel by car. Only need to add a door-closer device to the door, since nobody really pays attention to "Close the door lightly" sign. It's a bit annoying staying on the ground floor and hearing the door shutting during late night and early morning. 房間寬敞、舒適、乾淨，復古裝潢非常典雅迷人，性價比高，輕鬆可步行到老城，對自行開車的旅人是非常好的選擇！」

「床褥舒適,浴室大,早餐很簡單,沒熱食,就是面包,WIFI 一般。酒店在河邊, 離主要境點都有點距離。每次回酒店步行過橋都看見很美麗的境色。不過很多蚊,每次回酒店,第一時間是打蚊,平均打四至五隻,但晚上還是會給蚊子吵醒」

「Fantastic property! Easy check in process done virtually!! Convenient location next to train station. Made it very easy to walk everywhere especially to the bus station for various tours and to go to The Mall. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. Only issue we had was WiFi not working the best due to where our room was compared to the router of the hotel. Also the hotel room had A/C but wasn’t super cold and 」
